German Speaking Broker Account Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: up to £39,000 pa + benefits (dependent on level of experience)

Main duties:
Being the first point of contact for brokers and providing exceptional service in managing their applications for their clients.

The Role:
- Inbound / outbound calls to brokers representing the company
- Give guidance on credit applications and have a good understanding of products
- Be responsible for documents relating to applications
- Provide feedback regarding applications and /or any queries
- Assist managers where needed
- Exceed KPI’s
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers
- Represent the company in a professional manner and have a high level of knowledge
  of the company and its products

- Fluent in German essential (written and spoken) to Mother tongue standard or C1
  level
- Degree educated in Finance / Banking or Business recommended
- Experience in finance / insurance / banking / account management
- Sales experience beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- You are motivated, organised and results driven
- Ability to take prioritize
- Team player
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Computer literate
