Main duties:
To develop relationship with new clients and partners in order to implement sales growth in a defined territory (Germany).

The Role:
- To identify new business opportunities and convert prospects and leads into sales
- To travel and visit clients for field sales purposes, create and implement regular client and distributors visit
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
- To manage the commercial trading and negotiating of terms
- To work on sales targets
- To conduct market research and analysis
- To attend trade shows and present the company
- To attend monthly meetings in the UK HQ
- To gain a good knowledge of the services and promote them to clients
- To ensure excellent customer service

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (written & spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- Proven experience in B2B or field sales is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level (Networking)
- Interest or experience in the waste management or municipal is a STRONG ADVANTAGE
- Target-driven/ results orientated
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic attitude
- Flexible as 50% travelling will be required
- Must be Drivers licence & Passport holder
- IT literate
- Degree educated
