Main duties
To identify, target and convert prospects into customers, especially in Germany and France
To grow sales reporting to the Commercial Director

The Role
- To generate sales and ensure annual growth
- To identify and open new business opportunities
- To develop existing distribution partners and customers
- To establish local sales strategy in the territory with the Senior Key Account Manager
- To maintain a high awareness of the market, the industry and the competitors
- To work closely with the marketing team
- To maintain a high level of customer service, resolve issues and ensure interface with other
   internal departments
- To maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring excellent knowledge of your territory
- To achieve set targets in the territory
- To provide accurate reports and update on the CRM system
- To travel extensively in Germany and France

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to high standard is essential
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) would be an advantage
- Previous export sales experience through distributor networks
- Business acumen with proven ability to develop a territory
- Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic awareness
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Computer literate and numerate
