Main Duties:
To provide technical support to end users – Multinational to Educational institutions while supporting the business growth.

The Role:
- To ensure successful onbording of new clients
- To manage the product training of your customers
- To be a problem solver for your clients, solving their technical issues
- To escalate all the accounts that are "at risk"
- To track cases and logged activity in Salesforce
- To identify priorities and most urgent requests  
- To support the Sales department by helping to retain customers
- To build strong relationship with new and existent clients.
- To give advice to the clients on the best practices.
- To travel as required on a designated territory



Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German (Spoken and Written)
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Experience in Account Management/Customer Success Role - ESSENTIAL
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- A strong team player, keen to learn cutting edge technologies
- Excellent and professional communication skills

Salary:

Up to £55,000 pa DOE + 10% Bonus + Pension
