German Speaking Client Support Specialist  
SaaS, Product Support, Online products, Digital, Software, Software products, Troubleshoot, Technical Customer service, fluent in German, fluent in English
Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Serbo-Croatian
Location: Central London.
Salary: Up to £30k pa

*** This role is an exciting opportunity to work for a global software provider ***

Main Duties:
To be a first point of contact to new and existing clients.

The Role:
- To provide technical and functional software support for their online products
- To provide expert consultation on their solution
- To work closely with the digital team and Engineering team to resolve issues and requests
- To promptly respond to emails and phone calls
- To train new clients and guide existing product users when needed
- To maintain and build database to improve quality knowledge
- To support system enhancements and quality testing

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written) is ESSENTIAL
- Customer support experience
- Previous experience in Saas- desirable
- Excellent communicator with ability to plan and prioritise
- Strong IT analytical & Problem Solving skills 

Salary:

Up to £30k pa+ excellent benefits
