Main duties
To improve the customer service by managing people, monitoring and analysing results and to meet the operational goals and the strategic objectives.

The Role
- To motivate and support the team on daily basis
- To carry out performance management and disciplinary meetings
- To ensure achievements of service levels
- To manage and improve internal quality and customer satisfaction
- To reduce complex or complaints issues acting as the escalation point for the team
- To work closely with the HR on all aspects of people management

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (Written & spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in a contact centre leadership role – ESSENTIAL
- Experience of delivering and maintaining commercial service level agreement and key                                          performance indicator measures
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a multilingual environment
- Experience of customer satisfaction and management in a contact centre environment – Advantage
- Ability to priorities skills and problem solver
- Good numerical and organisational skills
