German Speaking Office Administrator

Main duties:
To be responsible for preparing service agreements taken out on software or technical products. The agreements may be for parts and/or technical assistance.


The Role:
-Being responsible for the renewals, terminations, and billing issues related to service
  contracts
-Updating and reviewing contracts whenever required
-Entering all relevant data into the contracts repository and archiving documents
-Communicating on quotations established on new contracts as well as renewals
-Confirming contracts status (cancelled, renewed, updated, etc) to relevant parties
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Dealing with credit control & general administrative duties

Candidate's Profile

-Fluent German & English (both written and spoken)
-Previous experience within Customer Services desirable
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-Computer literate (confident Excel user)
-Strong administrative skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
