Main duties:
To manage and develop the customer contact regarding Account credit and payment status, ensuring compliance with company credit policy.

The role:
- To control risk of bad debt
- To ensure the company maintains a strict credit policy
- To be working along the Central European team and reporting directly to the Credit Risk
- To support Accounts receivable with reconciliation of credit and debit items
- To report weekly to the Management and the Outside Sales department
- To contact directly the customers regarding the payments, invoicing, credit and debit
  related actions.
- To deal with credit issues.
- To liaise with the Inside/Outside Sales & Risk Management departments and with the
  Credit Risk Analyst/Credit Manager.
- To develop customer relationship
- To review reports on a daily basis
- To control and manage the UK Key accounts ledger
- To chase all outstanding debts and take appropriate action

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in Credit Control and/or customer service
- Excellent telephone manners
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritize tasks.
- Able to work and as part of a team
- Able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, SAP Preferred)
