Main duties:
To make and manage bookings for clients on ferry services


The Role:
- Providing high quality customer service
- Making telephone calls to existing clients
- Processing enquiries promptly and accurately
- Liaising with the sales and administration departments efficiently
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communications skills
- IT literate
- Good attention to detail

Circa £24,000 p.a
