German Speaking Customer Operations Executive
Location: Crawley

Main Duties:
First point of contact for customers coordinating orders and developing new business /sales opportunities while providing an excellent customer experience.

The Role:
- First point of contact for all customer queries and resolve any issues if necessary in a timeously manner
- Order processing
- Manage and assist in resolving challenging requests
- Work with all Operations Team members and internal stakeholders to ensure orders and quotes are placed correctly
- Liaise with customer and global colleagues to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Work with logistic departments to manage delivery and costs
- Arrange and approve customer invoices ensuring all responsibilities are completed
- Liaising with account managers to understand customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service during monthly calls to understand further customer needs and requirements
- Provide regular forecasts to support monthly targets
- Administrative duties as needed to support business.

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent German Speaking and Written skills (Essential)
- Fluent French speaking and written skills (Desirable)
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales support
- Account Management experience advantageous
- Familiar with SAP / CRM System
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships while delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable
