Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum Depending on Experience + Benefits

Main duties:
To provide Sales Administration and Customer Support to their UK and International Customers

The Role:
- To deal with customer’s queries
- To process UK and International orders
- To handle all services, products, credit control, delivery times and shipping  
- To update the customer’s details accurately
- To provide administrative support (UK and European Sales team)
- To handle customer’s complaints and resolve the issues in an effective and professional manner
- To liaise with internal departments within the company

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience in Sales Administration and/or Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strongly organised in order to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate

Salary:

Up to £22, 000 per annum Depending on Experience + Benefits
