German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:
– To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
– To process orders and update customer records in the CRM system
– To support sales team with quotations and administration
– To manage overdue payments and contact customers to arrange payment
– To update customers on delivery information

– Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support – Essential
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills and a team player
– Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
– Able to work in a fast -paced environment

Up to £30,000 per annum
