German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Dewsbury
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Ref: 4199CG

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for customers and deliver excellent customer service.

The role:
– To be the first point of contact and go-to person for both customers and internal departments
– To assist customers via phone and email
– To keep track of orders regularly ensuring customer requirements are met
– To maintain an accurate and up-to-date external communication by constantly liaising with internal departments
– To assist various teams whenever relevant ensuring an overall customer satisfaction
– To build product knowledge and maximise efficiency when dealing with internal and external queries

Candidate's Profile

– Fluent in German, both written and spoken is essential
– Previous experience in a Customer Service role beneficial
– Excellent communication and organisation skills
– Great IT skills (MS Office)
– Ability and desire to work within a team
– Attention to detail and ability to adapt
– On-site parking available
