Ref: D10G * Own transport desirable due to location * * Immediate start available * Main duties: To be responsible for the day to day customer care and support. The Role: - To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email, live chat and over the phone - To process and follow up on orders - To provide product information and advise on delivery information - To deal with after-sales, warranty issues and returns - To escalate and report issues to the relevant Team Leader
Candidate's Profile:
- Fluent in English & German (Written and spoken) is essential - Previous experience in Customer Service is essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Proactive and dynamic personality - Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
