German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £23,000 p.a.

Main Duties:
Delivery outstanding customer service via phone ,email and social media


The Role:
- Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- capturing data regarding customer enquiries
- providing first line support to customers regarding product enquiries
- attend training ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date
- liaise with internal departments to ensure customer’s receive the best service
- other administrative duties as required


 

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written & spoken) essential
- Previous Customer Service or call centre experience
- Excellent communication skills with focus being on customers
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate
