German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 pa
Location: Northampton

Main duties:
To provide Customer Support for new and existing clients with orders, deliveries, payments and refund process


The Role:
- Maintain & develop relationships with new & existing clients / partners
- Remain confident & creative in resolving issues in a friendly manner
- Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries, collections & resolve queries
- Process orders, returns/refunds to clients in a timely manner
- Provide technical support on the helpdesk & deal with administration
- Liaise with other departments internally to resolve customers queries

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (both oral & written)
- Excellent telephone manners
- Organised & self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- IT Literate and numerate

Salary

£25,000 pa + company benefits
