German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £27,000 pa

*Full time permanent role*
*Hybrid system after 3 – 6 months training in the office*
Main duties:
Responsible for customer enquiries facilitating the full order cycle providing outstanding customer service at all time
The Role:
- To be responsible for the day to day retail sales enquires managing the full order cycle
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat ensuring all info is processed accurately
- Support queries on stock levels, lead times, pricing and product specs
- Supervise and keep track of shipments, deliveries and back orders
- Working with internal and external stakeholders building strong relationships
- Provide after sales and technical support where needed
- Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately
- Fluent in German ( written and spoken) essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service needed
- Experience working with an ERP system beneficial
- IT literate (strong Excel knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, confident and high attention to details
