German speaking Customer Service Advisor

*Permanent Full-time*
*Hybrid Working System (after office training) – 3 Days Office/ 2 Days Home*

Main duties:
To be main point of contact for customers and deliver excellent customer service.

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact and go-to person for both customers and internal departments
- To assist customers via phone and email
- To keep track of orders regularly ensuring customer requirements are met
- To maintain an accurate and up-to-date external communication by constantly liaising with internal departments
- To assist various teams whenever relevant ensuring an overall customer satisfaction
- To build product knowledge and maximise efficiency when dealing with internal and external queries

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German, both written and spoken is essential
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role beneficial
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Great IT skills (MS Office)
- Ability and desire to work within a team
- Attentive and compassionate character
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt
- On-site parking available
