Responsibilities

German speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: Up to £24,000 pa
Location: South Yorkshire
Ref: 4184CG


*Full time permanent role*
*Office based Monday to Friday*


Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service as well as to support the Sales team


The Role:
- Respond to enquiries via email and phone
- Process orders, credits and returns
- Build strong relationship with existing and new clients
- Advise on product / stock availability and outstanding orders
- Ensure deliveries are made on time
- Provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- Liaise with internal departments

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written & spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service / Sales beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)

Up to £24,000 pa
