German speaking Customer Service Advisors

Job Type: 3-months Fixed term contract (leading to permanent employment)
Salary: £19,000 pa - Pro rata

Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for German speaking customers and provide the highest customer service standards.

The role:
- To maintain and build relationships with German speaking customers
- To deal with all customer enquiries by telephone and email
- Internal communication with customers, sales managers, sales representatives,
  warehouses and manufacturing sites
- To manage and follow up orders
- To process invoices and all other payment documents
- To communicate internally with all departments to achieve customer satisfaction
- To negotiate prices with suppliers
- To monitor customer demand and provide feedback to relevant departments
- To maintain good working relationship with other departments
- A full training will be provided
- Fixed-term contract leading to a permanent contract if job done satisfactory.


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in both English and German - written & spoken
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a bonus
- PC literate - Microsoft package
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical ability
- Ability to enter data accurately
- Able to work under pressure and autonomously

Salary:

£19,000 pa PRO RATA


Working hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
