German Speaking Customer Service Agent (Part time)
Salary: £17,500 p.a. + Benefits
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
At commutable distance from Hockley heath, Solihull, Birmingham, Nuneaton, Rugby, Daventry, Stratford-upon-Avon

*Hybrid working pattern after training in office*
*Part time – Monday to Friday 9am-2:45pm*


Main Duties:
To deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email and social media


The Role:
- Answering telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide first line support regarding product enquiries
- Attend regular training ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date
- Work towards targets
- Other administrative duties as required

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written & spoken) - Essential
- Previous Customer Service and/or admin experience
- Quick learner, proactive & dynamic
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
