German speaking Customer Service and Sales Administrator
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Main duties:
To provide outstanding support to the sales team and be the main point of contact for B2B clients in the UK and Europe.
The role:
– To support the sales team to ensure accurate order processing and meeting customer requirements
– To schedule meetings between dedicated sales representatives and clients
– To handle all administration duties
– To communicate with customers through email and phone
– To support Sales Representative in managing orders and quotes from their valued customers
– To coordinate the logistics of collections and deliveries by working closely with logistic and warehouse staff
– To manage credit control for customers based in Germany
– To attend the trade shows in the UK and Europe, to meet with clients and offer product support
– Fluent in German (spoken and written)
– Experience in sales administration or customer service would be beneficial
– Computer literate
– A good team player
– Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required
– Excellent attention to detail is essential
