Main Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective clients as a villa specialist

The Role:
-To provide a high level Customer Service to German speaking customers
- To handle inbound communications and respond accordingly
- To respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner
- To work with internal departments to ensure the business is run efficiently
- To continuously gain knowledge of holiday rentals and their locations
- Translations where necessary as well as assisting with social media platforms
- Assist in maintaining the company website to a high standard

- Fluent in German is essential (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- An interest in Travel and Tourism is desirable but not a necessity
- Previous experience in Customer Support is beneficial
- Able to work as part of a team
- Problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- IT literate
- Ability to work every other weekend followed by 2 days off in the week
