Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service.

The Role:
- To communicate in German and English with customers by telephone and email.
- To maintain and develop good working relationships with customers
- To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- To provide creative solutions to problems that arise
- To communicate with suppliers
- To provide administrative support

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service - Desirable
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
- Based at a commutable distance from Bradford
