German speaking Customer Service Coordinator (Fashion/Design)
SAP, Data monitoring, Stock level, Distribution, Logistics, Planning, Coordination, Origin certificates, Sales coordination, Quotation, Pricing, Order Processing, Export, Customer Accounts, Account Management, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Administration, Sales administration, Fluent in German.
Salary: Up to £24,000 pa Depending on Experience+ Other Benefits.

Main Duties:
To be responsible for the day-to-day tasks and running of the desk dealing with operation from orders to delivery for the German, Polish, Austrian and Swiss markets. To be responsible for the logistics and distribution of the goods

The Role:
- To review the SAP allocation function, monitor daily, validate orders against stock availability and update customers/distributors/sales team accordingly
- To be responsible for and process order allocation, check, prices, delivery dates and update relevant teams
- To supervise correct labelling and packaging prior to stock consignment leaving warehouse
- To act as the main link and “network” between German Speaking clients and internal departments and warehouse
- To place orders for manufacturing, coordinate products movement from warehouse to delivery
- To monitor and follow each account including payments and invoicing
- To produce excel spreadsheet report and send regular updates to relevant clients/teams
- To produce necessary documentations for all export activities (Origin Certificates)


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (Written & Spoken) is ESSENTIAL
- SAP literate/Planning tools
- Extremely organised with a great sense of prioritising
- Ability to multitask  
- Previous experience in Customer Services and/or Sales Administration
- Excellent communications, organisational skills & attention to detail
- IT Literate

Salary:

Up to £24,000 pa Depending on Experience + Other Benefits
