Main duties:
Providing sales and administrative support

The Role:
- To deal with Customer enquiries over the phone and via email on a daily basis
- To process and follow up on orders
- To issue the relevant sales documentation, including export documents
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To communicate internally with different departments
- To handle complaints in efficient and polite manners
- To manage accounts over the designated territory (Germany)


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Commercial experience
- Drive to exceed expectations
- Understanding of Merchandising, Marketing or similar is a bonus
- Previous experience on similar roles is highly desirable
- Resilient and enthusiastic
- Effective communicator
- Comfortable to juggle different tasks at the same time
- Good MS Office skills

Salary:
