Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and support the Sales team in order to develop the growth of the business on the UK and German market.


The Role:
- To maintain strong relationship with existing and new clients
- To deal with Customers enquiries on a daily basis
- To ensure on-time deliveries
- To provide quotation and follow up on enquiries
- To ensure the right pricing for products
- To provide accurate information regarding products

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & German (written & spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player, confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
