German speaking Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: up to £34,000 pa depending on experience  + Benefits
Location: Manchester

Main duties:
Provide customer satisfaction through order processing, order return, general account management, assist credit/collections communication and resolution and order follow-up

The role:
- Provide single point of contact for customers for all customer queries
- Liaise with account managers regarding customer requirements, order updates, pricing
- Collaborate internal stakeholders to ensure International business delivers exceptional service
- Support customers and account managers as necessary (i.e. open orders, shipping history, etc.)
- Assist Finance department with monitoring customer accounts and payments
- Create/Maintain pricing records on system to ensure customer records are up-to-date
- Coordinate freight quotes and/or customer pick up with Logistics / Despatch
- File (electronic) to insure documentation is available to support internal/external audits
- Deal with customer order enquiries including liaising with Stock Control for availability

- Fluent in German to Business level (oral & written)
- Multi-tasking skills – can prioritise, is detail orientated and perform an variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
- Proactive and takes the initiative to ensure the customer has a positive outcome at all times
- Analytical and problem solving skills / SAP experience desirable
- Must resolve order intake, order returns, account management and shipping issues successfully and efficiently
- Analytical and able to present and report accurate data
- Verbal and nonverbal communication skills
