The Role:
To Manage the 'Northern Europe' Customer Service Team

Main duties:
- To motivate and manage a customer service team
- To contribute to the success of the team through regular meetings/evaluations and constructive advice
- To develop and implement measures for improvement
- To 'standardise' procedures both internally and externally (i.e. both in the UK office and European offices)
- Training and development of staff
- Dealing with customer escalations as necessary
- Providing feedback to senior management as and when needed


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluency in both English and German is essential
- Strong background in Customer Service Team Management
- Innovative thinking is required
- Quick-thinking and self motivated individual is needed
- Strong Communication skills are essential
- Must possess the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and staff
- Must be computer literate

Salary:
