German speaking Customer Service Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 pa

*** Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-3pm ***

Main duties:
To manage the day-to-day operations in the customer service department

The Role:
- To manage a team of customer service agents
- To implement policy and procedure to improve the standard of customer experience
- To define the rule sets for the ticketing system and ensure a response to customer queries in a timely manner.
- To monitor customer ratings online and maintain a high standard
- To be the main point of contact for both customer and departmental escalations.

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German & English
- Previous experience in Customer Service Management and as a Team Leader
- Confident telephone manners with excellent communication skills
- Great attention to details
- Problem solving and enthusiastic attitude
- Good IT skills and experience with CRM system
