German speaking Customer Service Representative ( GERMANY based)
Salary: up to €45,000 pa (DOE)

* 4 days office / 1 day home working*

Main Duties:
To provide the highest level of customer service being the main point of contact between the customer and internal teams
The Role:
- To deal with enquiries and process orders in the system including deliveries
- To respond to customer queries relating to pricing, quotations etc. and deal with issues accordingly in a timely manner
--To manage return process and resolve any issues related to orders as well as deal with complaints
- ensure quotations are submitted correctly ensuring offers are approved
- new material requests for quotations and order purposes
- support the Field engineers as needed
- liaise with internal departments regarding customer requirements
- maintaining customer accounts / contact lists on ERP systems
- Providing daily customer reports
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Customer Service experience required
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems necessary
- Strong IT skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to prioritise, high attention to detail and good communication skills
