German speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Didcot – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)
Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service to business-to-business retailers
The role:
– Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email
– Offer customers guidance on products and online ordering process
– Monitor stock levels, order processing and keep customers updated on shipping status
– Process returns and issue refunds in a timely manner
– Admin duties as and when required
– Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
– IT literate
