German speaking Customer Service Representative
Salary: up to £28,000 p.a. + Bonus
Location: Oxfordshire

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support


The Role:
- To answer customer queries in a timely manner
- To process orders and update customers on shipping status accordingly
- To provide customers with product advice and guidance
- To process returns and refunds efficiently
- To liaise with Logistics department regarding stock levels
- To monitor transactions and highlight potential fraudulent activity

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, proactive and confident personality
- Computer literate

Salary

Up to £28,000 p.a. + Bonus
