Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

The Role:
- To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- To prioritise existing enquiries and escalate as necessary
- To communicate order information such as delivery timelines to key customers
- To monitor and report on customer feedback and suggest improvements where possible
- To manage returns and refund process and issue credit or debit notes as appropriate
- To update customer records in the database in accordance with GDPR regulations
- To liaise with other departments such as Warehouse and Finance to ensure smooth running of the business

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or logistics – Essential
- Customer-focussed approach
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
