German speaking Customer Service Specialist
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 p.a. depending on experiences + Benefits

*** Full time permanent role 37,5 hours per week, flexible working hours between 8am
       - 6pm to cover all hours ***

*** Hybrid system - 4 days ofice based - 1 day home based, the team currently
        working from home but will return to the office ***


Main duties:
To be a part of fast-paced, multitasking customer service team and work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities to achieve sales targets on the UK Market.


The Role:
- To be responsible to answer customer queries via email, phone and online channels
- To handle with all products related questions efficiently and professional manners
- To provide guidance and products description to the customers for pre-ordered
   products
- To manage payments, shipping, stock allocation, invoicing and delivery to the
   customers
- To process returns and refunds in a timely manner to ensure customers satisfactions
- To manage order processing in the ERP system
- To give support to the sales team with other administrative and customer facing tasks

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English and German
- Customer service background is required
- B2B sales support / Order processing experiences is beneficial
- MS Office knowledge is essentials, CRM and ERP system is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness with attention to details
- eCommerce experiences is a strong advantage for the role
