Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service to the German market


The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for German Speaking Clients
- To handle all customer enquiries over the phone and by email
- To process orders and card payments
- To manage administrative tasks
- To keep the database up to date
- To ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (Written & Spoken)
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
- Customer service experience beneficial but not essential
- Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Team worker but able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multi task
- Enthusiastic and dynamic
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
