German Speaking Customer Service
Based in: Hampshire
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 p.a. + Bonus

*** Excellent opportunity within a growing e-commerce company ***
*** Full time (37,5h/week) office based permanent role available with immediate start***
*** Working hours can be flexible with school run: Mon- Fri 8am/8.30am/9am/9.30am – 4pm/4.30pm/5pm/5.30pm***

Main duties:
To provide excellent level of customer service and order processing.

The Role:
- To dealing with incoming enquiries over the phone and via email
- To develop and maintain relationships with customers
- To ensure clients receive high standard of service and accurate information about
  delivery etc.
- To handle sales enquiries and increase sales conversions
- To track sales performance and initiate remedy
- To give support to the sales and the marketing teams to achieve the highest revenue


Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German and English (Written and Spoken)
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Commercial and business acumen with an Entrepreneurial approach to work
- Studies or interest about online sales/e-Commerce is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with confident telephone manners
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Office, CRM software)
