German Speaking Customer Service
Salary: £21,600 p.a. + Benefits
Location: Dewsbury area, West Yorkshire - hybrid
At commutable distance from Mirfield, Brighouse, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Barnsley, M62, M1, West Yorkshire

*** Working hours between 8.30am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break ***

Main duties:
Act as the customer’s advocate to ensure that you and company’s business delivers a world class customer service experience. This person will give support mainly for the German Market but also will support the UK customers.

The Role:
• To deal with customers queries over the phone and via email
• To get quotes and to process orders in the system
• To answer incoming call and handle customers enquiries
• To update orders until completion
• Build and nurture relationships with team, internal departments and sales teams to ensure alignment to customer needs and a team approach

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Previous Customer Service / Advisor / Care experience in B2B environment would be ideal
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Friendly, calm and professional manner
• Ability to work within a team as well as on their own
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
