Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 pa depending on experience + Excellent benefits
Location: Maidstone, Kent

Main Duties:
To provide technical support to all clients in the DACH market.

The Role:
- To provide customer service and technical support to clients via telephone , emails and live chat
- To provide troubleshooting experience to end users
- To manage ticket escalation and work closely with support team to define appropriate solutions
- To identify faults, analyse problems and resolves issues to ensure customer’s satisfaction
- To guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- To define appropriate solutions and close tickets as per within SLA's
- To liaise with clients to resolve issues within agreed timeframe
- To acquire full products range knowledge and understanding
- To mentor and train junior colleagues
- To positively represent the company and develop customer interactions

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German and English (Spoken and Written)
- A solid understanding of IT and speed typing of 35-40 wpm
- Familiar with ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library- is an advantage
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- A strong team player, keen to learn cutting edge technologies
- Excellent and professional communication skills
