German Speaking Customer Support Advisor
Location: Feltham
Hybrid working with an early Friday finish
Salary: up to £29,500 depending on experience plus great benefits

Main duties:
To assist and support customers with technical questions and problems while providing outstanding customer service

The role:
- Respond to technical enquiries from distributors, resellers and end users via email, web chat, live chat and social media
- Resolve any issues from customers within a dedicated time frame
- Keep up to date on products
- Ensure all correspondence is recorded and kept up to date
- Escalate customer issues as needed to the relevant departments
- Attend regular staff meetings and provide reports as needed

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (written & spoken) essential
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service
- Knowledge of computer systems and networks beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel, outlook, CRM system)
