Main duties:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to German and European customers.

The Role:
- To provide excellent customer support to German & English speaking customers via telephone, email and online
- To proactively deal with enquiries so that customer service standards are maximised
- To support individual customers to troubleshoot and solve their issues
- To deal with the European customer service side of the business
- To provide excellent customer service on Social Medias platforms
- To advise on product specifications in liaison with product specialists
- To gain clients feedback in order to improve overall client’s experience
- To liaise with an external delivery provider to ensure smooth delivery progress

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English + German (Written & spoken)
- Another European language desirable (Preferably Spanish)
- Previous Customer service experience desirable
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic
- An interest in tech desirable
- Computer literate
- Car owner ideally
