German speaking Digital Platform Coordinator
Salary: circa up to £27,000 pa
Location: Birmingham

Main Duties:
To work alongside teams to provide an efficient & effective customer service to clients via digital platforms.
The Role:
- Ensure all interactions & transactions are accurate
- Interact with other teams within Claims, Finance, Compliance
- Help maintain performance standards by supporting other team members
- Take accountability for continuously improving service,
- Ensure all proposed solutions work towards the betterment of the customer experience.
- Provide accurate management information to senior management
- Produce ad hoc reports, presentations and marketing literature for senior managers
- Maintain & develop key relationships with external clients
- Encourage, report and implement feedback on systems, processes & services
- Support on boarding & ongoing training so client become self-sufficiency on platforms
- Fluent in German (oral & written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
- Great communications skills
- Organised & self-motivated
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word
