German speaking E-commerce Executive
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Hybrid work 3 days a week in the office
Salary: Between £25,000-35,000 per annum depending on experience

Main duties: To manage and further develop online marketplaces and third-party sellers.

The Role:
– To manage and optimise existing e-commerce websites (such as Amazon) to increase sales and profit
– To manage product listings and merchandising and implement promotions and seasonal campaigns as required
– To develop and maintain relationships with key trading partners
– To identify gaps in product portfolio and propose new opportunities for growth
– To monitor and analyse competitor pricing in line with product performance and adjust as necessary
– To support with sales and pricing strategies
– To provide excellent customer service and report on customer feedback as necessary

– Fluent in German (written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in e-commerce or sales and marketing – Beneficial
– Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– IT literate
