*** RAIL BACKGROUND ESSENTIAL***

Main duties:
To support the Sales Director build, maintain and develop relationship with new clients and partners (DACH region, UK and Eastern Europe).

The Role:
-    Build, develop and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing clients
     (Agents, Distributors…)
-    Set up and implement actions to develop new markets and increase market share in
      existing markets
-    Manage and provide training to network of agents/distributors
-    Own and manage projects, prepare tender documents and quotations by liaising with
      the commercial and technical departments
-    Analyse market reports and other intelligence research documents in order to identify
     new business opportunities
-    Attend trade shows and exhibitions (Mainly Europe, occasionally on other continents)
-    Implement regular travel visiting clients as well as prospecting
-    Regular visits to the HQ and the factory site in UK
-    Prepare reports such as: sales forecast, monthly reports, visits reports etc…
-    Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate's Profile:

-    Fluent in English and German to mother tongue standard (written & spoken) is
     ESSENTIAL
-    Exposure/ Knowledge of the Rail background is ESSENTIAL
-    Proven track record and experience in export B2B sales is ESSENTIAL
-    Confident communicator at all levels
-    Strong commercial acumen with an enthusiastic attitude
-    Flexible as extensive up to 50-60% travelling will be required (UK and Europe
-    Clean Driving licence & Passport holder
-    Degree educated MA or BA equivalent
