Main duties
To fully launch and manage the German Market
To source and develop new business relationships with new and existing clients in Germany

The Role
- To create, develop and increase the German business portfolio
- To build, maintain strong relationship with new and existing business customers
- To identify and develop new opportunities - lead generation
- To approach customers via email and phone
- To influence, negotiate and deliver sales to businesses
- To support increasing demand in the German market
- To work closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain and Digital team
- To report accurate sales projections to Senior Management
- To attend events and trade shows in Germany
- To meet buyers, distributors and users of their product range

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German (close to mother tongue standard)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous Export Sales experience
- Degree educated
- A passion for Health and Fitness would be an advantage
- Commercial acumen with problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate 

Salary:

up to £40,000 OTE (basic up to £35k) + excellent benefits
