German Speaking Junior Field Sales Executive m/w/d (FMCG)
Location: Germany
Fully remote with travel required in Germany
Salary: up to €55,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus car allowance and benefits

Main duties: Drive sales growth by managing distributor relationships, developing new business opportunities and expanding product distribution across Germany

The role:
– Work with and manage distributors to achieve sales targets
– Identify new business opportunities and expand product availability within mainstream retail and foodservice channels
– Build and strengthen relationships to support long-term business growth
– Develop and execute promotional and sales initiatives, reviewing performance to maximise commercial results
– Collaborate with distribution partners to optimise stock levels and maintain consistent product availability.
– Develop and execute promotional and sales initiatives
– Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market developments, providing insights to support business planning
– Prepare regular sales reports, market updates, forecasts and performance analysis for management.
– Work closely with internal teams to coordinate commercial activities and deliver successful projects.
– Represent the business professionally, ensuring brand standards and reputation are maintained at all times.
– Travel regularly within Germany to visit customers, support distributors and develop new business opportunities.

– Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
– Business level English required
– Experience working in Sales / Field sales / territory sales ideally within the FMCG industry
– previous experience working with distributors ideal
– Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
– Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities independently.
– Must have a valid driver’s licence and able to visit customers min 3 days a week
