German Speaking Head of Business Development
Salary: up to £60,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
Location: Manchester
Commutable distance from : Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Middleton, Bury, Bolton, Burnley, M60, M66, Greater Manchester, North Manchester

* Remote position after training*
* Travel to Manchester when needed*
* Travel to EU*

Main duties:
Your primary role is to establish and grow business within the German market followed by leading a Sales and Account management team

The Role:
- Prospecting new opportunities
- Follow full sale cycle to completion
- Responsible for pre sales
- Customer relationship management and accurate recording thereof
- Product development
- Process management
- Secure agreements across customer portfolios
- Produce monthly reports
- Liaise and work closely with sales and internal departments
- Development and implementation of strategies
- Growing your team and responsible for KPIs

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German essential ( written and spoken )
- Familiar working within the German market beneficial
- 5 years’ experience in Sales / Account management essential
- Experience in commercial property or telecommunications sector
- Team management experience with the ability to motivate others
- Excellent MS office skills
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with a can do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Available to travel
