German speaking Order & Admin Assistant
Salary: up to £27,000 pa
Location: Portsmouth
At commutable distance from Southampton, Worthing

Main Duties:
To provide strong sales & logistics support to DACH & UK region sales teams. This will involve data entry, order processing as well as booking deliveries and raising international shipment paperwork

The Role:
- Support the Sales Team with admin duties / placing orders for customers
- Serve as liaison for the international accounts & first point of contact for the office
- Arrange transport & delivery of orders both within the UK & internationally
- Receive & deal with telephone enquiries including follow-up
- Maintain records and other documentation
- Identify & recommend improvements for administrative procedures
- Provide the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve any issues
- Performing all other ad-hoc duties office administrative duties

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (oral & written)
- Previous experience in Administration
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a B2B environment
- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant
- Professional telephone manner with a ‘Can do’ attitude
