German Speaking PA & Office Manager
Salary: around £35,000 pa + Benefits
Location: London

Main duties:
To be working closely with the company's Managing Director to assist them with all administrative and organisational duties (financial, operational, as well as reporting and communication)


The Role:
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls and complex travel itineraries
- Diary management
- Budget management (office supplies, post, events, etc)
- Filing and recording contracts and other relevant documents
- Assembling and maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Asssiting with Management communication to the staff

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English & German (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience as a PA
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to prioritise , multitask, and take initiatives
- Ability to analyse data efficiently
