German speaking Sales & Account Manager
Salary: circa £35,000 to £40,000 pa OTE
Location: Middlesbrough

Main duties:
Establish and retain business growth opportunities in the allocated sales territory, primarily obtaining new business partners and fostering business relationships
The Role:
- Liaise with manufacturers and identify suitable business partners
- Manage existing business accounts and identify new leads
- Introduce and present new products, ideas, and techniques to partners
- Proactively suggest new strategies and projects for sales development.
- Foster relationships with existing business partners with regular visits
- Provide detailed meeting & sales visit reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Analyse relevant business data, suggest & implement new sales strategies
- Communicate with customers by phone, web chat and email.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Experience in customer success and / or account management
- Focus on finding dynamic ways to improve / grow assigned clients
- Previous experience in Business Development is advantageous
- Strong relationship builder / Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate and confident with Microsoft Office
- Driving licence holder / happy to travel for business
£28,000 pa + up to £20,000 bonus (£48,000 OTE)
